COVID-19 Policy

It is important for our patients to know that we have implemented several new procedures and protocols at our offices in order to protect the safety of everyone involved. We are monitoring the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) very closely in order to ensure that we are doing everything possible to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19 in our communities.

Effective immediately, we ask that if you currently have a fever, cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing, have been told in the past 14 days that you are positive or presumptive positive for COVID-19, have had contact with someone with known or suspected COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or have traveled in the past 14 days outside of the US to a Level 3 country, please contact our office to reschedule your appointment. No cancellation fees will be incurred. For your protection and ours, we will be limiting the number of visitors attending your appointment to no more than one (1) person.

In addition, we have implemented a screening process at each front desk in order to identify anyone who may be a potential risk. If patients are exhibiting any symptoms, they will be kindly asked to reschedule their appointments.

We are dedicated to keeping our patients, our office, and our community healthy. As the recommendations are updated from the leading health organizations, we will modify any protocols as necessary so that we can continue to provide a safe environment at each of our offices.
